1. Data controller

2. Data you submit

When you use Omachart, the text prompt you enter is sent to our API endpoint, which forwards it to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a Mermaid diagram. The prompt is transmitted over HTTPS and is processed by the AI model to produce a response.

We do not store your prompts or generated diagrams on our servers. The API request is stateless — once the response is returned, no trace of your input is retained by Omachart.

3. Third-party AI provider (OpenRouter)

Prompts are processed by OpenRouter, which routes requests to AI model providers. OpenRouter may retain data according to its own retention policy. We encourage you to review OpenRouter's privacy policy for details on how your data is handled.

Recommendation: Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in your prompts.

4. Technical data

The hosting provider (Vercel) may process technical data necessary for the security and delivery of the site, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser, and security logs. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in securing and operating the service.

5. Cookies and analytics

No advertising cookies, profiling cookies, or third-party analytics tools are deployed. Local storage is used solely for the functional operation of the editor (e.g. remembering your last diagram) and is not used to track your navigation across sites.

6. Hosting and transfers

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., a company based in the United States. Vercel implements contractual mechanisms applicable to international data transfers. Consult Vercel's documentation for details of its safeguards.

7. Your rights

Depending on the processing concerned, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. You can write to privacy@artikle.io. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.

8. Policy updates

This policy will be updated before activating any account system, data storage, analytics tool, or any additional processing.
