Acceptable use policy

1. Principles

Omachart is intended for productive, professional, and educational use. Users must formulate prompts that pursue a legitimate objective and respect applicable law, third-party rights, and the integrity of the AI service.

2. Prohibited uses

Omachart prohibits the following uses:

• Prompts containing personal data, sensitive information, or confidential material without authorisation;
• Generating diagrams intended for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Content that is discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or that incites violence or hatred;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or abuse the underlying AI model or API;
• Automated or excessive API requests that could degrade the service for other users;
• Circumventing any security measure or access control implemented by Omachart or its providers.

3. Compliance with third-party terms

By using Omachart, you agree to comply with the terms of service of our AI provider, OpenRouter, and its model providers. Any violation of their terms through Omachart may result in suspension of access.

4. Right to refuse

THELI SAS reserves the right to refuse, limit, or suspend access to Omachart for any user who violates this policy, for legal, security, or operational reasons, without prior notice.
